Your yard, in motion
Everything between the gate and the dock, under control.
Behind this text is your yard: trucks arrive, are cleared in, wait their turn, pull up to the dock, load and leave. With Slot’s Eyes that cycle stops being improvised.
Yard running · no incidents
The schedule fills itself
You do not place a single appointment. They place themselves.
The carrier requests a slot on the booking portal and Slot’s Eyes fits it into the right dock, following your opening hours, your capacity and your rules. You just watch.
Every booking, in its dock and its hour.No overlaps and no dead gaps: the system spreads the load across the available docks. Your rules decide.Slots by goods type, capacity per hour, closures and priorities. Whatever does not comply does not get in. Instant confirmation. The carrier gets the appointment with its QR code in their own language; any change reaches them on its own.
The cycle
From the gate to the exit, every step timed.
Arrival
The truck shows up with its appointment. The real arrival time is recorded, and that is what the carrier’s punctuality is measured against later.
ANPR / Access control
The barrier checks the plate read or the appointment PIN against the day’s bookings. Only booked trucks get in, and every opening is logged.
Waiting area
The truck waits in the yard until it is cleared. The driver always knows the current status and which dock they will go to, from their own phone.
Cleared to dock
As soon as a door frees up, the operator clears the truck and the driver sees it instantly on the phone: “proceed to dock M3”.
Operation starts
Loading or unloading begins and the clock starts. The resources needed were already committed with the booking.
Operation ends
The end is marked and, if the operation ran past its booked window, the system flags it. That is where the punctuality figure comes from.
Paperwork signed
The DeCA is signed on the driver’s phone and kept with its verification QR. Nobody chases paper around the yard.
Departure
The dock is free for the next truck and the whole journey —hour by hour— is already in the reports.
Integrations and data
It fits with what you already have.
So every carrier books in their own, without anyone having to translate anything for them.

Frequently asked questions
What people usually ask us before starting
Is it a fit for a company like mine?
If you have one or more docks, yes. We work mostly with pharma, chemicals and food, from small companies to listed groups.
Does it adapt to the way we work?
Yes: your hours, your rules and your capacity. If your operation has something particular, we adapt it. And since it runs in the cloud, it updates itself: there are no versions to install.
Is there a minimum term?
No. None.
Do my carriers have to register?
No. They book without creating an account, signing in with a one-time code by email, WhatsApp or SMS, and in their own language: more than 20 are available and you decide which ones you switch on.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your sites and how many docks you manage. We tell you during the demo, with your case in front of us and no strings attached.
What if something breaks one day?
Support Monday to Friday, mornings and afternoons. Outside those hours and on public holidays there is an on-call engineer.
