Four trucks at the same time and none of them warned: the yard becomes the waiting room and the forklift becomes the referee.
Features
The whole warehouse fits in one schedule.
Slot's Eyes is the warehouse management software that lets carriers book time slots to make the resources involved in loading and unloading more effective and more efficient. One screen, from the moment a booking is created to the moment the carrier leaves.
Sound familiar?
Warehouses do not jam for want of docks. They jam for want of order.
Planning lives in a spreadsheet only its author understands, and the phone rings to confirm what was already confirmed.
At month end nobody knows how many operations were done, how many ran late or why. All that is left is a feeling.
Features
A platform that fits what you actually do every day
Plenty of features, as effective as they are affordable, grouped by what you manage day to day. The main quality is how simple it is to use and how complete the view of the loading and unloading process is: from the advance booking to the moment the carrier leaves the site.

Who gets in, when bookings can be made and when the site does not open.

More than 20 languages The portal, in the carrier’s language Every user picks their own
And also
The schedule
Watch it fill itself.
The carrier requests a slot on the portal, the platform checks the dock’s hours, the slot length and the resources available, and places it. You just watch the screen.
Real slots. Each dock sets its hours and how long its slot lasts: nobody books what does not fit. You approve or reject. The request comes in, you decide, and the carrier is notified without a single phone call. Recurring bookings. The route that comes every Tuesday is set up once and stops taking up time.
The cycle
From the advance booking to leaving the site
Booking
The carrier requests a slot on the portal, with the minimum notice you set. If the warehouse is closed that day, it does not even show up.
Confirmation
You approve or reject, and the platform tells the carrier the decision with the dock, the time and the QR code of the appointment.
Arrival and loading
They arrive, identify themselves at the gate and pull up to the assigned dock. The resources were already booked with the operation.
Report
On-time performance, operation volume and KPIs. Nothing written down by hand: it comes from what already happened.
What changes
The same work you did, but measured
The whole picture
The entire loading and unloading process on one screen: which dock is busy, who is coming and who has not turned up.
Simple to use
It is the platform’s main quality. If the dock supervisor needs a manual, it is no good.
Recurring reports
On-time performance, volume and KPIs for your operation, ready to export and ready for Monday’s meeting.
The small print
What IT and operations ask about
Each profile sees and touches its own: warehouse, dock, carrier or management.
Who changed what and when. Traceability does not depend on anyone’s memory.
Interface in more than 20 languages, per user. Carriers book in theirs without anyone translating anything.
API connectivity with your systems: ERP, WMS, TMS and whatever you have. API keys, signed links, status webhooks and order import.
And if there is no integration, the planning comes out as a file: Excel or PDF for the customer or for the usual report.
Several shipments and consignees in the same dock operation.
Questions
Before booking the demo
What exactly is a slot?
A bookable time window at a specific dock. You set the dock’s hours and how long each window lasts, and the platform only allows bookings inside that.
Can docks have different opening hours?
Yes. Each dock sets independent hours, its slot length and the dock, goods and operation types it accepts.
What if I do not want next-day bookings?
You set a minimum booking notice and define the warehouse closing periods. Outside that there is no slot to request.
Does the carrier have to install anything?
No. They request their slot from the portal and get the confirmation with their time, their dock and their QR code. Communication is automatic.
Which languages is the platform available in?
More than 20. Each company decides which ones it switches on in its booking portal.
What reports come out of it?
On-time performance, operation volume and KPIs, on a recurring basis, with exportable planning.
